Madeleine Roma Brault was active in her community. She gave, she volunteered and she cared. She was a deacon at a local church. She loved to travel and she loved her close-knit family. When Madeleine passed on in 2003 she didn't have to worry about her surviving sister Hazel. Her trust was there ensuring that Hazel would always have the income she needed.
Hazel passed away early this year, never really needing the trust her sister had left her.
Both ladies had sizable estates that they were able to donate to local charities. Madeline's estate will benefit five local organizations, including the Community Food Bank. Her gift of approximately $157,000 will be one of many gifts safeguarding the food bank's future.
